At Brandon Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Eligible Items for Return
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
- Products not as described
- Unopened items in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (opened)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@debsploitsolutions.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our returns address (provided in authorization)
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. We'll arrange the exchange subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
Important: Please ensure items are securely packaged. We're not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
